Hydrostatic Spindle Pod Repair
Hydrostatic Spindle Pod Repair
Our mobile rig, allows the rebuilding of the spindle pod with the ability of switching on & off hydrostatic pressure at any point through the assembly.
The Rig has also been made mobile to allow this to be performed at a customers site if requested / required.
The tank supplies sufficient pressure & flow rate to cover all spindle types.
The “L” shaped spindle pod mounting bracket has been designed to accept the mounting of both LH or RH mounted spindle pods.
Flexibility
The frame has been designed to allow the oil tank to slide in and out between rails. This allows the tank itself to become mobile and feed oil to separate units if required.
The rig itself is entirely mobile and can be distributed to customer sites.
Mobility
The mobility of the unit allows PPL engineers to strip and rebuild spindle pods onsite if required.
Training courses on Spindle strip down / rebuild and clearance measurements can also be conducted onsite.
