Precision Perfect Limited (Established 2020)

Employed by a CNC machine tool OEM within the industry for nearly 27 years. After serving a full apprenticeship and progressing through different areas of the business, 14 invaluable years was spent as a full time Service Engineer working globally. A mixed role as a technical support and breakdown specialist was then taken, involving customer relations, site visits and supporting customers with quality and process problems. The role then migrated into an Aftermarket Project Engineer before a promotion to Senior Service / Technical Support & Customer Training Manager in early 2016. Throughout all the above roles, site visits were made to help customers obtain their targets, increase productivity, improve quality and reduce downtime.

My years of experience working with customers around the world has allowed me to establish excellent relationships and appreciate and understand their needs.

I worked for the OEM for 25 years and came through the company’s apprentice program. During my time there, I worked in several departments: sub-assembly, machine assembly, machine inspection, purchase, training, aftermarket technical support, process improvement and project management. I also traveled the world working for the service department doing machine installation and commissioning, repairs, servicing, retools, refurbishments, upgrades and assisting customers in machine breakdown situations. I have an in-depth knowledge of the OEM product and can therefore provide expert advice and assistance for the range of services Precision Perfect Limited can offer.

My extensive background working in a CNC machine tool environment, also allows me to assist with technical problems and solutions for machine tools of any make or model, especially grinding machines and grinding processes.
